“Love this place so far! I’ve done three workouts and I haven’t been sore in forever and I’m finally sore! Theres a true team atmosphere and the trainers and coaches are very positive and uplifting. Everyone working out is competing against themselves and can see how they’re doing with a heart rate monitor if you choose. The trainers are able to modify any exercises if you have injuries and will show alternatives. You get paired in groups at stations which is nice because you get to motivate each other. No workouts are the same! I’m excited to do more workouts!”
After being out of the gym for a while, I was looking for something different. I wanted to incorporate cardio with my weight training knowledge. I’m so glad I found F45 Oldsmar. The coaches are absolutely amazing, supportive, and encouraging. The energy is always great in the gym. I love that all ages and stages of fitness are grinding it out every day. I highly recommend this gym! It’s amazing!
I have been coming to f45 for a little over a year now. I love the environment and the coaches are so motivating and knowledgeable. I struggle with lifting weights on my own which was a major reason to why I joined. 45 min consisting of either cardio or strength days. I am noticeably stronger and more confident in my form. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend!

Pure Barre is amazing! First off, the low impact workout that I get from these classes don’t leave my joints feeling achey and sore. 2ndly, the staff here are fantastic and are here and happy help you.
Classes are fast paced to keep your hr up but after a few classes you’ll get the hang of the format. You get a full body workout in less than one hour and feel so refreshed after you’re done. It’s a true obsession of mine. I just can’t stop going.
They always have a special for new clients if you’re just not willing to commit right away, after a few weeks, you’ll be hooked!
I really enjoy working out at Pure Barre. I love how quickly the fast paced classes go by and that every class is different. The instructors here are all very nice and really helpful. They have a great selection of class times which make it easy to work with everyone’s different schedules. I definitely recommend trying it out. It takes a few classes for all the movements to click but once it does you’ll love it even more!
“Loved the eco focus of this kayaking tour. Austin has an obvious passion about the health of the eco system and it was very cool learning from him. The parking is great, plenty of space and right at the water. The paddle is not super intense, so good for beginners; Austin seems to move at a pace for the guests. Highly recommend if you want to learn more about the area, the eco system and history of the region.”
“Austin is an excellent guide! We took the 1230 tour today. Plenty of wildlife! The tour is great, lots of mangroves to paddle though. I’ll take my family and any visitors. Awesome history lesson of sponge docks and ecology. Love it!”

Marissa’s program really helped me gain a healthier mindset about my fitness. I realized I was getting stronger, I was happier, and I was less negative about my own body when looking in the mirror. Even though I’m still working towards my goal “aesthetic” results, my time with her has made me fall in love again with more than just working out to change how my body looks…I want to workout now to get stronger and because it helps me de-stress. My life is a lot more positive now. When I look back, I realize that the months when I’ve been the least stressed have been when I got back into a workout schedule, so I’m definitely going to continue for all of the benefits in addition to the aesthetic ones.
