I booked a holistic facial and session for micro current therapy on my back. not really knowing what to expect. Iris was warm, informative, accommodating, understanding and gave me the best facial experience I’ve ever had.
Additionally, my back and joints feel great, my skin is glowing, and I was able to relax and offload some stress. She provides a valuable service, and my session was money well spent. I already have another appointment scheduled and will make this a part of my self-care routine.
I found a gem for sure, and I am so glad I did! I had my first Back/lymphatic drainage massage treatment with Iris at Tychea Holistic Skincare about two weeks ago and felt much needed relief on my back and entire body as soon as the massage was over. I was very impressed and happy with how I felt that I immediately booked a second appointment. Iris is an excellent listener, she listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained in detailed the benefits of lymphatic drainage massages and holistic massages.

The initial neurological exam is very interesting and eye opening. I didn’t have many noticeable issues like some other people, so I wasn’t sure if my atlas would be out of alignment. The exam showed that it was and I got the treatment done. The treatment and secondary work helped with the normal pains that come with pregnancy. The doctor is very knowledgeable and accommodating to my situation.
My neck and lower back had been bothering me for 2 decades. After my initial visit and having my atlas corrected I began feeling better(November 2023). It is now May 2024, and just coming in once a month to be adjusted, my neck and lower back are rarely in any pain. I sleep better and am not exhausted 24/7 like I previously was as well!

Kim Mohr created Serendipity Café in Downtown Dunedin, FL as the owner/chef/mastermind in 2010. The restaurant was largely organic, entirely gluten free, whole food based, where everything was made with love from scratch.
Kim got her start in healthcare when she trained to be a Licensed Massage Therapist at Humanities Center for Massage back in 2004. It was there that she discovered that she had a penchant for anatomy, physiology and everything related to supporting the health of the human body. She graduated with honors in 2005.
Fast forward to 2007, she enrolled at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Displaying multiple symptoms, including debilitating fatigue, chronic sinus infections, adult onset allergies, digestive distress and joint inflammation, she went looking for answers. She found them, and graduated from the program symptom free in 2008 as a Certified Health Coach.
What started as a penchant turned into a full-blown passion. She began coaching individual clients, as well as conducting cooking classes. It didn’t take long before the opportunity to open a restaurant popped up. Over the course of the last decade, she was able to help tens of thousands understand that healthy, fresh, organic food can taste amazing through her development of multiple menus, specials, and a meals to go program. Pure Barre is amazing! First off, the low impact workout that I get from these classes don’t leave my joints feeling achey and sore. 2ndly, the staff here are fantastic and are here and happy help you.
Classes are fast paced to keep your hr up but after a few classes you’ll get the hang of the format. You get a full body workout in less than one hour and feel so refreshed after you’re done. It’s a true obsession of mine. I just can’t stop going.
They always have a special for new clients if you’re just not willing to commit right away, after a few weeks, you’ll be hooked!
I really enjoy working out at Pure Barre. I love how quickly the fast paced classes go by and that every class is different. The instructors here are all very nice and really helpful. They have a great selection of class times which make it easy to work with everyone’s different schedules. I definitely recommend trying it out. It takes a few classes for all the movements to click but once it does you’ll love it even more!

I scarfed down Little Lana’s Cookies before taking pictures which I NEVER do. But these macaron cookies with a twist are OUT OF THIS WORLD. I found their stand at the EatLoco Founders Market and tried a couple of samples and was amazed at the blast of flavor. We ordered a “petite bag” which comes with 4 cookies at $14+ tax – ube, banana nut bread, chocolate hazel, and pistachio (their OG cookie and one of their popular flavors). Each cookie had a super strong presence of their flavors – nothing “light” or “subtle” or “hints of”. They pack a powerful punch which I found delightful. The cookies are moist and soft and apparently gluten free (they use almond flour)! Please get these away from me before I try every single one of their interesting and unique flavors and gain 20 pounds by next summer!

Wow! I am so glad this place exists! I was traveling work and it seems like the only vegan options I could get around here were fries. Then I found Rawk Star Cafe! I went here everyday the rest of my trip. The sauces are so tasty and the nut mylk in the smoothies makes them so creamy and delicious! I will not stop thinking about the Bullet Ball Pie until I die incredibleeee

I’ve been DF for about two months because of my nursing son’s dairy intolerance. This has made eating out a bit of a crapshoot for me. Although I work hard to make sure the meal I’m ordering is DF, there’s always that small chance that butter gets slipped in or cross contamination. It gives me a bit of anxiety about eating out. I try to avoid it, but I still like to see friends at restaurants, so I just try the best I can.
Here, I don’t have that fear, because everything is vegan! I went a bit crazy when ordering cake. They have the texture of mousse and they are absolutely to die for. I got the bulletproof cake, key lime and matcha. I’m sitting here trying to say which one is my favorite for future Christina and I can’t. I love them all. They have frozen pieces so you can put them in your freezer and just defrost it an hour before you want to eat it. Maybe the bulletproof by a slim margin, just because I try to get as much caffeine in my body as humanly possible since I have young children.
I’ll be honest, one time I couldn’t even wait the hour and ate it “frozen”. That just meant it was extra hard. Still delicious and I stand by it even though that makes me sound like such a fat kid.
Their coffee is also extremely good. There is some sort of coconut oil that they add to it to make it creamy and I loved it. I honestly could see myself coming for just coffee and a piece of cake.
I also got their “burger” and it was delicious. Don’t think of it as an actual burger, but for something exceptionally healthy it tasted good. It was also really filling. I thought I’d come home and eat another meal, but I was full until dinner.
Consistently good – we cater in lunch for our office once a week and So Fresh is a popular healthy choice amongst the whole team.
Tried SoFresh for the first time on recommendation from a coworker. I expected it to taste plain but okay and could excuse it because it’s healthy. What a pleasant surprise. I got the Cali bowl with citrus chicken and it was fabulous. This will become a regular stop in my rotation.

I was so excited that an acai bowl place opened near me! We came on a Friday late morning and it was empty. The place was really clean and nicely decorated. They have menus on the counter. I ordered a blue spirulina bowl and my friend had the acai bowl. We also got a green juice which I didn’t try. My bowl was delicious but a little soupy for me. The fruits were fresh and lots of granola pieces. The granola pieces were delicious! The lady working was nice too. I will be back!
Admittedly I know next to nothing about teas and spices. I just saw a sign saying iced tea on a hot day & that lured me in. However the sales associate was so kind, knowledgable, and welcoming! We discussed my limited experience with teas, I sheepishly admitted to only having Starbucks’ chai and green tea as a reference point, and she showed me right to some great options. I also sampled a couple they had ready to go including the tropical green tea and the cranberry spice herbal tea. I had blown my budget at a few other shops that day (mainly the bookstore further down the street), and so I only walked out with the iced green tea, but the next shopping spree I’m on will definitely include a visit here!
The S&T exchange is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I stop in often to grab new spices and teas to play with. I always love switching up my traditional recipes with any number of new combinations. If I’m ever uncertain of what to use in a dish the friendly staff is always eager to share their thoughts on the best combinations to try! Today was no different…I went in for one thing and came out with quit a few newly inspired choices along with my old favorites.

Super excited about this place! I’ve decided to cut back on alcohol and this was the perfect place to start my sober journey. They have everything you could want: NA liquor, wine, beer and seltzers. If you need a little something they also have CBD and mushroom infused drinks. If you can’t make it to the store you can order off their website! I also like that you can build your own 6 pack, allowing you figure out what you like before committing to a pack of the same drink. Thanks Herban Flow! I’ll be back!
This place is AWESOME! Whether you are sober, sober curious, doing a dry month, pregnant, whatever.. this place is full of fun bevvies! I went to pick up more Ghia, as I didn’t know it was sold locally and I usually order online. It was cheaper in store than on the Ghia website! While I was in, I got some great guidance from the owner who had awesome recommendations. I grabbed an Elixir No 4 and No 7. Both were delish! I will definitely be back. They have a huge selection of NA wine, beer, spirits, aperitifs, and so much more. Such a great place!
This is the cutest shop ever, and a great addition to the Seminole community. I bought some Florida Water smokeless sage spray, infused with rose quartz and amethyst (I usually burn sage, and sometimes the odor can be a little too intense). This smells AMAZING and is great to keep around your home for those good vibes!
The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful! The owner suggested a product (licorice root) and it actually worked for sunburnt lips/cold sores! I will be buying again!
It either works or it’s a crazy coincidence! I was having bad cramps on day 1 of my cycle and I rubbed this right onto my belly and then an hour later it was like “Cramps who? Where?” They were gone! I felt so much better. I’m keeping this serum close.
I’ve been suffering from really paint periods for as long as I can remember. I used to pass out so much from the pain. I also don’t like taking pain medication or any medication in general so when I found this product I thought it was worth a try. I had my period yesterday and used it right away and applied as instructed. It worked great and slept soundly. It’s that good! Thank you for making this!

I went in for a treatment after a shoulder injury. My range of motion was at 50% capacity and I was participating in a golf tournament. I went in for my first treatment and was able toMobilize my arm up to 75% range of motion. The second treatment sealed the deal. Was without pain a full range of motion after only 2 treatments. I was back in my tournament after my last treatment. I didn’t have to drop out and no surgery was needed. This is the real deal my friend!

Truly the best!!! He is one of the few dentists that understand the connection of a healthy mouth to a healthy body. Also, he and his team are UNBELIEVABLY caring and gentle. I have been terrified of going to the dentist for years, but that is all changed, thanks to Dr. Adams! He works to do things with minimal invasion and works to preserve the teeth instead of being quick to suggest pulling a tooth or doing root canals. More and more research is showing the connection between all kinds of health issues including heart issues and dementia are connected to bacteria in the mouth from gum disease amd underlying infections. I am so happy to have found Dr. Adams! Thank you! 😊

I have never been excited to go to the dentist until now. I had a few major procedures with zero pain and minimal invasiveness to fix the issues. Dr. Adams and his staff are not only professionals on the cutting edge of technology in dentistry, but they are also genuinely compassionate holistic medicine practitioners. It is so refreshing to have my dentist office be a place I look forward to going to. I drive 3 hours to go to Dr. Adams and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I feel so lucky he is in Florida and close enough to get to. Go for your consultation and you will see what I mean.

I have been going to Dr. Prosser and Rhianna for over 6 1/2 years. I faithfully go twice a week for the Meyers cocktail vitamin infusion. I haven’t been sick in years. My energy is great for a senior citizen. I can really tell the difference when I go on vacation and can’t get them.
The office staff is friendly and very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

Called Angie for a mobile IV after leaving the emergency room with my wife. The ER was the worst. Angie is the best. She comes to your house to administer the IV drip in the comfort of home. Discussed everything and truly made my wife feel at ease after 5 days in the hospital. After talking we found my wife will benefit from monthly infusions with vitamins. I learned this today. Your body doesn’t consume all the pill, but it does receive 100% through the IV drip. Feeling sick, tired, need mobile hydration or had a long night please call Angie! She is the best. Very professional and friendly! Very cost effective!
