Purpose Through Passion is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in St. Pete, FL that is dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction by funding recreational activities that encourage them to lead a healthy lifestyle free of addiction. This service provided complements addiction treatment and counseling by holding a value in its own that assists the assimilation of recovering individuals back into the community. This organization aims to be a part of the long-term solution to addiction by assisting individuals by giving them a jumpstart to participate in something they are passionate about in hopes it will provide them a renewed sense of purpose.
We know what it feels like to witness a loved one suffering from addiction. Time and time again we’ve caught ourselves thinking, if there was something they were passionate about, recovery could have a better outcome. That’s why we created Purpose Through Passion. We exist to reconnect those recovering from addiction with the recreational activities in life they love and enjoy.
Through partnerships with existing rehabilitation facilities, an individual can contact Purpose Through Passion to apply for a scholarship.
