About This Gathering
Sink your toes into the sugar-white sand for sacred organic cacao, gentle heart-opening yoga flow, and a breathtaking gulf sunset with fellow members.
Itinerary & What to Expect
Celebrate the sunset with gratitude, movement, and community. We begin by honoring ceremonial heirloom cacao imported ethically from Guatemala, opening the heart and grounding our energy.
From there, certified instructors guide a 60-minute all-levels gentle flow listening to the waves lap the shore.
Bring a beach towel, an open heart, and your favorite reusable mug.
