““Love this place so far! I've done three workouts and I haven't been sore in forever and I'm finally sore! Theres a true team atmosphere and the trainers and coaches are very positive and uplifting. Everyone working out is competing against themselves and can see how they're doing with a heart rate monitor if you choose. The trainers are able to modify any exercises if you have injuries and will show alternatives. You get paired in groups at stations which is nice because you get to motivate each other. No workouts are the same! I'm excited to do more workouts!””
